This appointment is for completion of the Motorsport UK Medical including an ECG. If you do not need an ECG please book a Motorsport UK Medical. To help with efficient and timely completion of the report it is a great help if you can request a GP Summary Printout from your NHS GP and bring this with you to the appointment.
